I don't have a formula. Can Multivitamin Direct formulate one for me?
Absolutely. 

 

I already have a formula. Will Multivitamin Direct manufacture it for me?
We will manufacture any customer supplied formula which is considered a dietary supplement or functional food as defined by the United States Food & Drug Administration.  Certain restrictions apply. 

 

What are the minimum order quantities?
We will determine the minimum quantities on a case by case basis, but we can generally take small to large orders.

 

What measures do you take to protect my intellectual property?
We will sign a non-disclosure agreement protecting our clients' intellectual property.  Certain restrictions apply. 

 

I don't have a label. Can you design and print one for me?
Yes.  We have our own graphic design department which specializes in the dietary supplement labels.  We have the creative ability to combine the requirements of the 1994 Dietary Supplement Health & Education Act as well as the dynamics required for a label to differentiate your product from competitors.

 

What is the minimum quantity for label printing?
The minimum order is on a case by case basis.

 

How much does Multivitamin Direct charge for label design and printing?
Prices vary depending on the label size and type.  The number of colors, type of paper and quantity will determine the price of a label as well. 

 

I already have a label. What direction do my labels have to roll in?
Our labeling specs require that your roll needs to have copy direction facing out and left edge of the label peels first. For more details about our labeling requirements, please read our Label Guideline (pdf).

 

How long will it take to get my products?
Our lead-times are typically 2-4 weeks for tablets, powder mixes and bulk capsules. For capsule manufacturing, typical lead-time is 4-6 weeks. Lead-times are subject to change depending on ingredient sourcing and complexity of packaging requirements. 

 

What does GMP mean?
GMP is an acronym for "Good Manufacturing Practices."  GMPs are used in the manufacture or processing of blood, cosmetics, drugs, foods and medical devices.  It is a collective term used to ensure quality procedures in the manufacturing process.

 

Does Multivitamin Direct use GMPs in their manufacturing process?
Our facilities are GMP compliant.
